Free Shipping
We are now offering free shipping for the entire continental United States. This includes our Carts, Wagons, Replacement Parts, and Metal Kits, but NOT the Pyramid Planters.

NOTE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. RESIDENTIAL OR LIFTGATE FEES MAY APPLY!
The wagons and carts ship motor freight and require the below services if they pertain to you.
Parts and metal kits ship UPS and DO NOT require the below fees even if they apply to you.

Residential Delivery ($60.00)
There is a $60.00 extra fee if your order is to be delivered to a residential location. This includes schools, churches, or colleges. If you do not add this item to your cart, we will send an invoice via email for the charge after you checkout. If the ship to location is a business, please include the business name in the address at checkout.

Liftgate Delivery Service ($70.00)
Most of our products weigh over 150lbs, with some ranging near 350lbs. If you do not have any means of lifting the product off the back of the truck, (loading dock, fork truck, long ramps) you will need the liftgate service. There is a $70.00 fee for this service. The driver will lower the product to the ground. Some products can be lifted to the ground if enough people are present. If you need this service, please add it to your cart. If this service is needed and wasn't paid for, the driver will not deliver your item.
Returns
Customer service and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We will accept the return of our products up to 21 days from the shipping date. The customer must package the product back onto the skid/box securely in the same condition that it arrived. The customer is responsible for the freight charges and shipping arrangements to send the item back. Your order will be refunded when we receive the item and insure that there is no damage or missing component. A 25% restock charge may apply. Custom items are non-returnable unless a defect in manufacturing is present. Please call for any additional questions.
Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any sign of visual damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver. If damage to shipment is concealed (not visible until the carton is opened), please keep all of the packing materials in the original carton. If the damage looks very critical and isn't just a small item or part, please reject the shipment, and we will have another one on the way. In all cases, please notify us immediately at (888) 432-2876 or by email.

NOTE: Frontier Carriages is not responsible and will not compensate for damaged shipments. We will however make sure you receive any replacement parts or components that were damaged at no cost.
